Terms of service

Draft version: 21 October 2026. These terms describe the proposed paid service and remain subject to owner sign-off. Features labelled Coming soon cannot be purchased yet.

What we provide

We host supported third-party software on cloud infrastructure. We do not make the AI agents or guarantee their outputs. You choose the software, machine resources and available region. Availability depends on the selected configuration. You are responsible for your AI provider accounts, subscriptions, API keys, permissions and the actions and outputs of your agents. Review important outputs and keep your own backups.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for abuse, unauthorized access, crypto mining, spam, illegal content or infringement of others' rights. Respect applicable laws and each connected provider's terms. We may restrict or suspend abusive activity and will explain our decision where reasonably possible and lawful.

Flex billing and wallet credit

Flex compute is billed per minute while running. Retained storage remains billable when stopped or asleep. AI model use, connected paid tools and extra storage may incur separate charges. Wallet credit pays these charges. Low balance can stop compute; after 30 days with a negative balance, retained instances and data may be deleted. Export data and maintain sufficient credit. A stopped instance is not a backup. Rates and resource limits appear on the pricing page and before checkout.

Always-On and prepaid terms

Monthly Always-On renews each month. Cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Annual and two-year offers, when available, charge the displayed full hosting amount upfront. Unused prepaid hosting time is not automatically refunded when you stop an instance. Additional storage and AI use remain separately billable. Mandatory consumer rights and remedies for failure to provide the service are unaffected.

Prices and tax

Published prices exclude VAT/sales tax. The tax-inclusive total is shown before you pay. We give at least 30 days' notice of price changes; a price change does not alter an already-paid fixed term. You may cancel before a new recurring price takes effect.

Consumer withdrawal and refunds

EU consumers generally have 14 days from concluding a distance service contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Tell us through support@agentloader.dev or the withdrawal facility provided with your order. State your account, order and decision to withdraw; no particular wording is required. The owner must approve the online withdrawal process before paid launch.

If you expressly ask us to start during that period and then withdraw, you pay a proportionate amount for service already supplied, where permitted by law. You lose the right only after the service has been fully performed with your prior express request and acknowledgement. A continuing subscription is not automatically fully performed at launch. Any refund due is made within the statutory period, normally 14 days after notice, using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.

The immediate-start consent at checkout is optional and unticked by default. If you do not request an immediate start, contact us to arrange service after the withdrawal period. Your consent and its version are recorded with the order.

Data, backups and ending service

The intended backup policy is nightly backups retained for seven days on a best-effort basis, subject to supported instance features. This is not a guarantee against data loss. Export essential files before deleting an instance or closing your account. Retention and deletion schedules requiring confirmation are listed in the privacy notice.

Liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, business-customer liability for ordinary service failures is limited to fees paid for the affected service during the preceding 12 months. This limit does not exclude fraud, intentional misconduct, personal injury, liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited or mandatory consumer remedies. Third-party outages and agent outputs may affect your work; we remain responsible for our own legal obligations.

Belgian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence. Consumers retain their right to use competent courts and available statutory complaint procedures. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a problem.
